Urban Study - The Kremlin-Bicêtre (94)

Urban study on the Southwest entrance area of the town

The south-western city entrance to the Kremlin-Bicêtre is a strategic sector that benefits from real potential due to its location: proximity to the departmental park on the hillside, arrival of the Grand Paris Express line 14 "Kremlin-Bicêtre Hôpital" station in 2024, topography that offers distant views of the Bièvre Valley and Paris.

The objective for this sector, once isolated, degraded and far from all urban amenities along the motorway, is to complete the transformation, already begun with the coverage of the A6B. This sector must be part of the new urban polarity and constitute an intercommunal interface point with Arcueil and Gentilly.
