Patrick JARRY, Mayor of Nanterre and Departmental Councillor of Hauts-de-Seine, and Eric DUTILLEUL, Director of the Ile-de-France Region of Nacarat, brought together the inhabitants of the Topaz residence to celebrate their move in.
