Aware of the stakes involved in a project as a whole and the technical problems linked to the implementation phase, the CoBe agency wanted to create a specific Works Department to reinforce the different skills of the agency for the management of the building worksites it has always assumed.
CoBe agency is convinced that the support function of the Works division allows the decisive and responsible role of the architect to be enhanced while benefiting from the availability and responsiveness of his manager on the site.
