The symbolic approach of "sharing a common land" becomes the principle of reality of the project. The inhabitants can thus reappropriate their spaces, easily relate to each other, share time together and contribute to installing a lifestyle specific to the Vaucresson Orchards. The architectural reflection, which can be described as "panorama housing", brings an additional dimension to the spirit of the place through its residential quality.
This is how we can build a place full of nuances, where the cultivated land regains its rights, where the fringes reconnect with the city centre, where the new inhabited landscape enters into a dialogue at a distance with the suburban sector located in the opposite field.
