This Saturday the teams of CoBe Bordeaux and Trouillot Hermel Paysagistes presented the guide plan of the Champs-Pinson site in Nieul-sur-Mer (17) in the presence of the inhabitants, elected representatives, Clairsienne, the La Rochelle Urban Community and the Municipality of Nieul-sur-Mer.
The site will house around 400 individual and intermediate housing units in the heart of an eco-responsible neighbourhood guided by the omnipresence of nature and bioclimatism. Photos Studio Bourgoin
